Ingredients |
2 carrots
1 potato
2 large tomatoes
1 1/4 liter water
2 spring onions
90 gms peas
90 gms cauliflower
Salt and pepper to taste

Method: 1. Peel and cut the carrots, potato; tomatoes, cauliflower and spring onions into medium-sized pieces.

2. Shell the peas.
3. Add the vegetables and salt to the water.
4. Bring to a boil and then keep on low heat till all the vegetables are tender.
5. Mash and strain the vegetables through a
sieve and keep the stock once again on fire.
6. Cook for 4-5 minutes and boil again
for one minute. Serve hot.
