Method:1. Cut the mushrooms into small pieces and cook in 1/4 Ltr of water for
half an hour.
2. Bring stock to a boil. Add the
mushrooms along with the water.
3. Add the chicken pieces and sliced
onions to the stock and simmer for 10 minutes.
4. Add the vinegar, salt and pepper and stir
well. Serve hot.
