Micro on 100 (high) for 12 minutes then convect at 2400C
for 20 minutes.
3. Cut
each potato into half and scoop out the centers into a bowl, mash the
potatoes with the remaining ingredients and season to
taste.
4. Return
the potato mixture to the potato skin.
5. Place
onto the high rack. Convect at 2400C for 15 minutes or until
they are golden brown.
