METHOD:
1. Mix all ingredients except 1
tbsp ghee and dried green mango powder together and knead until smooth.
Divide into 5 cm (2 inch) balls insert skewer in each to make a sausage/kebab
shape. Moist hand if required to make the kebabs.
2. Melt remaining ghee and
brush each kebab lightly. Cook under a hot grill or on a charcoal barbecue
until well browned on the surface and cooked through. Brush with mor ghee
during cooking to keep moist.
3. Remove from heat and serve
with lime wedges and onion rings on a bed of lettuce leaves.
