Method:1. Keep the Chicken into the freezer for half an hour then cut into square pieces, now mix Egg, Salt, Chinese Salt, Corn Flour and
Dip Chicken pieces in this paste thoroughly. Heat oil and fry chicken
pieces in it, strain oil from fried chicken.

Method:
1.
Fry
chopped garlic till it becomes light golden add fried chicken pieces,
salt, Chinese salt, sugar, Soya sauce and red chilly sauce and fry for one
minute, pour chicken stock, tomato sauce and lemon juice and cook for 2
minutes.
