Method:
1. Cut chicken into thin slices, 1/4 inch size. Blend
the onion, turmeric. Bash the lemon grass.
2. Heat the oil and add blended onion and the
turmeric. Fry for 5 mins and add the lemon grass. Fry for further 5 mins
and add the chicken the salt the sugar and the pineapple.
3. Lastly add the coconut milk.
4. Serve hot. |
