Ingredients |
1 md head cauliflower about 2 pounds
2 tbsp margarine or butter
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
1 tsp dry mustard
1/4 tsp salt
Dash of pepper
1 cup milk
1 cup shredded process american
4 ounces Cheese
5 dr red pepper sauce
Paprika

Method:
1. Prepare and cook cauliflower as directed for
cauliflowerets or whole cauliflower. |

2. Heat margarine in 1-1/2-quart saucepan over medium
heat until melted. Stir in flour, mustard, salt and pepper.
Cook, stirring constantly, until smooth and bubbly; remove from heat. Stir
in milk.3. Heat to boiling, stirring
constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute. Stir in cheese and pepper sauce.
4. Cook and stir over low heat until cheese is
melted. Pour over hot cauliflower. Sprinkle with paprika. |
