Method:
1. Make a thick batter of all the above
ingredients.
2. One by one dip
chicken pieces in the batter. Roll it in dried bread crumbs and then deep
fry them in hot oil on low flame, till the chicken becomes crispy and
tender.

Method:
1. Take 0.5 Kg chicken, Boil it with salt and pepper. Make
mince, add all the above ingredients, one finely chopped onion, mashed
potato and 4 green chopped green chilies. Keep the leg bones separately.

Make mince balls and pierce 0.5
of the bone in the mince balls and pat it to make a shape. Make a thin
paste of Corn flour, salt and Cumin seeds. Dip the chicken drum sticks in this
batter and roll it in bread crumbs. Deep fry it in oil till it becomes
crispy and golden.
