1. Chop the onions into small pieces and put them in a saucepan containing the chicken stock. Bring to a boil and simmer for
another 10 minutes.
2. Add vinegar, sugar, soya sauce and prawns.
3. Keep on gentle fire till prawns are tender.
4. Pour the beaten egg white and stir so that it forms shreds.
5. Add salt to taste and serve.
