5. Add ½ teaspoon salt and roll up tightly.
6. Fold each in half and then twist the roll.
7. Flatten with a rolling pin and reroll to 15 cm rounds.
8. Fry each in oil over medium heat for 2 minutes.
9. Lower heat and cover the pan.
10. Cook for another 3 minutes.
11. Cut each cake into 6 pieces and serve very hot.
