1. Heat the oil and fry the mutton,
prawns and chicken for 3-4 minutes.
2. Then add the ginger, vinegar, the 3
sauces, cornflour, stock, salt and pepper.
3. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring all the
time. Keep aside.
4. Cook the noodles in salted boiling
water until tender. Drain.
5. Transfer the noodles to a dish and
pour the mixture over the noodles. Serve.
