Savoury Minced Meat

250 g ( lb) boneless mutton
6 cloves garlic
1 small onion
2.5 cm (1 inch) piece fresh ginger
cup water
2 tablespoons ghee
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon garam masala
pinch of chilli powder
pinch of black pepper
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh coriander leaves

 1.   Mince mutton with garlic, onion and ginger. Boil with water until all liquid has dried up and meat is well colored. Add ghee, salt, garam masala, chili powder and black pepper and fry for 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Add coriander and mix in well.

2.   Serve with Chapati or fresh toast.
