Chicken Meat Balls

1 oz

Flour 1 oz
Milk   0.25 Pint
Cooked Chicken 8 oz
Egg       1 only
Seasoning To Coat Plain biscuit crumbs (or bread crumbs)  2 oz

1.   Make a thick sauce of butter, flour and milk and season well.

2.   Add finely chopped or minced chicken and chopped eggs.

3.   Roll into balls, then turn in the fine biscuits crumbs.

4.   Fry in hot oil or butter until crisp and golden for about one minute then drain well put a cocktail stick through each one.
