4. Now add the dissolved gelatin to the egg yolk mixture and mix well.
5. Dissolve the coffee in the milk and add to the egg yolk mixture. Set aside.
6. Beat the cream till it is stiff and
forms small peaks.
7. Beat the coffee mixture into the cream.
8. Now beat the egg whites till stiff and peaks form.
9. Gradually add the egg whites into the coffee mixture. Make sure it blends properly.
10. Pour into serving dish and refrigerate to set.
