Chocolate Pineapple Sponge Cake

4 Eggs 
2.5 Tbsp (Heaped) Flour 
1 Tbsp Cocoa 
4 Tbsp (Heaped) Sugar 
1.5 Tbsp Corn Flour 
1 Tsp Baking Powder 
1 Pinch Salt 
1 milk pack stiffly beaten cream with vanilla essence and sugar
1 medium tin Pineapples Chocolate sauce - As required

1.   Beat eggs till very stiff. Add sugar slowly, flour baking powder, salt, corn flour and cocoa together. Add these ingredients into the batter very slowly and mix with hand. 

2.   Put the batter in the greased pan and put in a preheated oven for 25-30 minutes at 350F.

3.   Take the cake out, cut it into two halves laterally.

4.   Pour pineapple juice on one half. Then spread the cream on it. Pour a little chocolate sauce on it. Arrange fine pieces of pineapples and cover it with the other half. Again pour juice on it. Cover the whole cake with cream. Decorate with chocolate sauce and pineapples. Serve chilled.
